At ‘Inkredible Gift’, we create products for you chosen especially by you and so they are very dear to us. Since they are exactly what you want, we create these from scratch. Since its personalized this is the very reason that they cannot be exchanged or returned. Products ordered may have a 5–7% variation in colour due to visual display of the screen. Also, these are handmade products which may have a slight difference.

Inkredible Gift does not have a return policy. We might request you to share an image of your product/s for your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

You must raise a return request by emailing us on support@inkrediblegift.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order
Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with Product must be in perfect condition
Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality Exchange will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of refund or corrections. Please note the shipping charges where applicable will not be refunded. Once you have requested for a return/ exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days. If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Cancellations:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.If the customer wants to cancel the order, a request must be raised by emailing us on support@inkrediblegift.com within 24 hours of your order confirmation. The customer has to pay a cancellation fee of Rs.100. Inkredible Gift reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
